Shipping Policy

As Howzit Greeny products are all custom made please allow up to 5 business days for shipping.

Local delivery is available in Woodend and Kyneton. For all other locations shipping is via Australia Post. 

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery within Australian Metro areas and 14 days for rural.

 

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that your shipment is damaged or your product is not as ordered, please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and we will do our best to fix things up!

Please also note that our products may vary from the photos displayed on our website as we have limited runs of materials and these may vary from time to time given they are remnants. Should you have any concerns about the product you receive please get in touch and we’ll get it sorted.
